What's left is a soft, creamy, nutty-tasting seed packed with healthy fats and key vitamins & minerals. The most common terms for the seed after these processing stages are 'Hulled Hemp Seed', 'Hemp Hearts', or simply 'Hemp Seed'.

I would recommend these hempseeds. Recently purchased to add protein to a healthy vegetarian diet. They are great added to cereals, topping vegetarian salads or adding to smoothies. Nutritionally great for adding protein and omega 3 fatty acids to build a healthy anti-inflammatory diet.
